Caples Tracker provides email marketing analytics and business performance tracking services, including drafting emails, tracking email metrics like clicks and open rates, monthly analysis of email marketing effectiveness, and AI-based analysis of email content.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

Content Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you create or upload using the Service.

Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are prohibited from using the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations.

Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Transmit harmful or malicious software.

The Service integrates with third-party services like Google Sheets, OpenAI, Google Docs, and Google Drive. You agree to comply with the respective terms and policies of these third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caples shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caples and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
